The intranet focusses primarily on pushing news out to the users of the intranet while being user-friendly and intuitive to use. Therefore, we designed a one-page intranet, where all content is on the front page. Furthermore, pop-ups appear on the when page whenever the user tries to open af news, ensuring that users do not have to navigate on subpages.
There is also access to documents on the front page that are also opened in pop-ups to ensure a user-friendly experience.
The users can search for content, using the socalled “seach as you type” function where content appears as the user types in searches.
By developing the solution on Sharepoint and Office 365, a 100% tailored solution is ensured according to the needs and requirements of NREP. Additionally, it is a very intuitive system that requires very little IT-experience.
