Nyt sagsbehandlingssystem til Tandlægeforeningen

Tandlægeforeningen har fået udviklet nyt skræddersyet sagsbehandlingssystem på SharePoint af Blue Dock bestående af både medlemmer og klinikker.

Der har været fokus på en høj grad af sikkerhed, da sagsbehandlingssystemet består af både klinikker og medlemmer, hvor noget information skal være tilgængelig for klinikker men ikke for medlemmer og vice versa. Det har derfor været vigtigt, at have tydelige brugerrettigheder.
Ved at anvende SharePoint og Office 365, har det været muligt – og på en nem og brugervenlig måde – at oprette disse brugerrettigheder specielt til Tandlægeforeningen, som de selv kan administrere fremadrettet.

Vi har integreret sagsbehandlingssystemet op i mod ERP for at kunne trække stamoplysninger fra medlemmer og derved effektivisere sagsbehandlingen. Derudover kan der låses dokumenter, trackes på relevante KPI’er i sagsnehandlingen, kommunikeres offentligt og privat og meget andet.

Fordelen ved at anvende SharePoint ift at anvende et standard sagsbehandlingssystem er, at man ikke skal tilpasse virksomheden og processer til systemet, men vi tilpasser systemet til virksomheden.

    New Case Management System for The Dental Association

    Blue Dock has developed a new tailored Case Management System on SharePoint and Office 365 for The Dental Association’s members and clinics.

    There has been a focus on a high level of safety as the case management system consists of both clinics and members where some information must be available to clinics but not for members and vice versa. It has therefore been important to have clear user rights.
    By using SharePoint and Office 365, it has been possible – in an easy and user-friendly way – to create these user rights specifically for the Dental Association, which they can manage for the future.

    We have integrated the Case Management System with the ERP-system in order to extract information from members and thereby streamline the Case Management process. Additionally, the company can now open and co-author documents, track relevant KPI’s in the case processes, communicate for all clinics as well as internally in each clinic.

    The benefit of using SharePoint for at Case Management System is that you can customize everything for the company’s processes – design as well as functions. This is rarely the case with online standardized solution and is often the reason why most companies does not succeed with their new Case Management System.
